& William Barmore whom I appoint and wish for them to act as my
Execcutors.
2nd. My will and desire is for the whole of my Estate to be sold by
my Executors.
3rd. I will and bequeath unto my Brother William Mitchell Five Dollars
only, Because his needs does not require more.
4th. The Balance of my Estate, I wish to be Equally divided between
the rest of my Brothers & Sisters. Namely John Mitchell, Allen
Mitchell, Macklin Mitchell, Asa Mitchell, Reuben Mitchell, James
Mitchell, Elizabeth Mitchell, & Patcy Box. And as my Brothers
Allen, John, Asa, & James are dead, my wish and desire is, that
their Equal distribution share be Equally divided amongst the
Lawful heirs of such Deceased respectively ....

It is obvious from her Will that four of her brothers had died prior to 1831 (the date the Will was written) and that her sister "Patcy" was married to a Mr. "Box". Another thing that might be suggested is that her brother William was doing well enough financially, that she deamed it unnecessary to leave him anything other than five dollars. And finally, either she did not have any living children or she simply did not want to leave them anything since no children were named. Here are the children of William Mitchell:
